The white wine LR Weiss Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Schreckbichl - Colterenzio has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright pale straw yellow colour with a delicate green hue. Opens with light savoury notes, then lots of tropical fruits, nuances of pineapple and lychee, some white chocolate. Round, with a nice texture on the palate, rich and creamy, with notes of candied pineapple and buttered pastry, juicy acidity makes the wine resonate for a long time.
