Bright green straw yellow. In the nose Soft notes of candied ginger, dried lemon peel, plus a fine touch of white peach on the nose, distantly reminiscent of blood orange, toast, cold smoke. Balanced and compact on the palate, fruit and acidity balance each other, racy, clear, exciting.
