The red wine Passió, vintage 2022 from the winery Schwarzenbach Weinbau has been rated in 2024 by Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Lake Zurich in Switzerland.
This needs to be aerated. It has a somewhat wild nose, with aromas of cherry, raspberry, subtle cassis and plum, as well as spicy hints, of bay leaf, and subtle nutmeg. It is medium-bodied and fresh on the palate, with vivid fruit, peppery nuances, fine beautifully integrated tannins, and a ripe acidity. It lingers for a long time.
