The white wine »Cuvée Cécile«, vintage 2007 from the winery Schwarzenbach Weinbau has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc
Pale yellow with golden reflections. Some passion fruit, butter, a little wood, aniseed cookies, elderflower. The wine has a juicy, tactile minerality, fine, mealy phenols and a present acidity structure the mid-palate. A wine with a lot of tension and yet a beautiful harmony and with very good length, which plays yellow-fruity aromas in the foreground.
