The sweet and dessert wine Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2018 from the winery Scriani has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella , Molinara from the region Veneto in Italy.
Shiny, rich ruby with a light garnet edge. Dense and compact nose with notes of dried figs and plums, some molasses. Juicy and expansive on the palate, shows beautiful ripe fruit, lots of black cherry, then lots of grippy tannin, nice display.
