Tasting from 10.01.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Disgorged in May 23, already mineral in the nose, red berries, notes of flint and iron. Smooth on the palate, fine acidity, medium-fine mousse, very round and almost pronounced in fruit. A great accompaniment to food.
