In the blend: lots of Pinot but also a new Assmann-barrelled Chardonnay. Herbal aromas, hay, a hint of cinnamon and white flowers. In the mouth, the sparkling wine is very fine and chiselled, appears almost light. It has a mild yet fresh mousse, ripe but sufficiently firm acidity, and finishes dry and pithy in a compact manner.
