The sekt NV Cuvée 101 Brut Nature from the winery Sektgut Christmann & Kauffmann has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points.
Based on the 2019 vintage. On the nose: almond, lemon balm, lemon peel and coriander seed. On the palate: juicy texture, exciting and mineral, with great density. The wine is very homogeneous, with an incredibly fine and long-lasting mousse. Dense and elegant at once, it has a long finish with slightly oily, rich layers. Still seems to be developing.
