Light green-yellow in colour with silver reflections, and a fine mousse. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow apple fruit, some pineapple and blossom honey, underpinned by candied orange zest. The medium-bodied palate has fresh acidity, white fruit notes, good persistence and a versatile character. (deg 4/25).
