Tasting Notes
Ripe mango, yeast, iodine and Asian spices such as cardamom and cumin on the nose, as well as blackcurrant and freshly roasted juniper. Solid and well matured on the palate with fine but expressive character. The acidity is ripe but still present and the mousse quite fine. Long and persistent, an expressive Sekt from a time when most were mass-produced.
