Pale yellow with green reflections. The rich aroma features mandarin, candied pineapple, basil and a hint of blossom honey. On the palate, the wine is full of texture texture and charm, the mousse is creamy, the typical fullness goes hand in hand with ripe, yet lengthy acidity, with a distinctive texture and a clean, light finish despite the dosage at the upper end of "extra brut".
