Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections. Delicately minty cassis and blackberry confit, ethereal nuances, citrus zest, inviting bouquet. Juicy, extract-sweet, perhaps a little too sweet, well-integrated acid structure, chocolaty texture, lingers well, a versatile food companion.
