The red wine Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Shelter Winery has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose, there are not only typical Pinot Noir notes, but even "white" notes: hops, citrus and a tremendous amount of freshness. On the palate, the Pinot is a highly elegant representative of its genre. More depth than usual Pinot Noir, full of tension, superb.
