Tasting Notes
Pinot-berry aroma, small red berries, cherry, currant, also blueberry, graphite. Herbal notes, thyme, fine woody savouriness. A stylist on the palate with a great sense of style, elegant with a silky texture and a fine vein of acidity, the tannins are vinified to the point, vivid, crisp and elegant, tightly woven extract that dissolves almost weightlessly, the juicy red fruit stretches onto the finish, good length.
More about the tastingDense, finely nuanced, cool, small fresh raspberries, blueberries and wild strawberries, graphite, ivy. Density and depth translated into maximum elegance, delicately dancing fruit, clear and pure, almost floating, yet structured tannins, great acidity, lingers long.
