Tasting Notes
On the nose there are some yeasty aromas, with subtle citrus notes of pink grapefruit and pomelo, slightly buttery undertones, and some damp stone character. On the palate there is a compact structure, with medium weight fruit, a ripe but well-supporting and length-giving acidity, along with plenty of texture and smoothness in the background, and a juicy finish that makes you forget the strength of the alcohol. It is an ideal food wine, for example try it with grilled fish.
