Tasting Notes
Brilliant ruby with a slightly pale rim. Opens with distinctly spicy notes, like a walk through the maquis in the morning, notes of myrtle, plum and fresh fig. Grippy and firm on the attack and on the palate, dense and at the same time beautifully fresh fruit, salty on the finish.
