Clear, dark amber with copper-coloured nuances. Complex, intense bouquet of hazelnut, acacia honey, candied mirabelle plum, caramel and a hint of coffee. Slightly warming on the palate, with fresh acidity, salty and slightly medicinal, right through to the lingering finish.
