Dark, bright ruby red with a flint core. Dried roses, cranberries and a hint of green pepper on the nose, with a raspberry jelly finish. Fresh, crisp fruit on the palate with a fine fruit texture, delicately savoury, also slightly salty, red berry-savoury, delicate dryness on the finish.
