Tasting Notes

Tasting from 19.02.2015: Martin Kilchmann

Strong red with a narrow rim. Restrained bouquet with spicy-peppery and slightly green notes, hints of tobacco, malt, mocha, cherries, peppers. Soft attack on the palate, medium-bodied, gripping, juicy acidity, present, subtly bitter tannins, compact, peppery. Quite long, slightly vegetal finish. Uncertain ageing potential.
