Tasting Notes

Tasting from 19.02.2015: Martin Kilchmann

Strong, barely matured red. Initially reductive on the nose, somewhat fleshy, deeply spicy with aeration, notes of dried fruit, malt, almonds, leaves. Soft attack on the palate, juicy acidity, present tannins, aromatically not very expressive, dates, figs, mushroom notes. Persistent with a vegetal note. Somewhat unclear wine: before or after drinking maturity?
