Clear, dark ruby red. Much dark berry fruit, mulberries, fresh, dark plums, some cardamom. A lot of compact, grippy tannin on the palate, opens in many layers, gripping and sturdy, grippy tannin forms the backbone of the wine, in the end then, unfortunately clearly drying wood.
