Tasting Notes
Deep, dark ruby purple colour. Fragrant and complex nose, profound, of blackberries, mint, with subtle hints of dried rose petals. Accentuated on the palate by the use of wood, but with great juiciness and saltiness, with a lot of texture, a lot of tannin in the back, which remains slightly rough. Put away and enjoy fully in a few years.
