Tasting from 21.04.2017: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, subtle brightening to the edge. Ripe, dark berry confit, a touch of dried fruit in the background, seems delicately overripe in the bouquet, a touch of nougat resonates, fine wood savouriness. Delicate, silky texture, ripe tannins, sweet fruit underpinnings, pleasant minerality, very complex and persistent, still some baby fat, seems a bit alcoholic on the finish, a powerful food companion. (Drink/+30) .
