On the palate, the wine is dense, intense and elegant with the finest, supple and silky tannins, reminiscent of elastic velvet. This wine is supple and, despite its richness, absolutely enveloped in elegance. It is on the long finish that this white pepper glistens like snow crystals in the sun. Beautiful.
