Black pepper, cured Taggiasca olive and a posy of fresh violets - such is the poetic and disarming nose. The palate continues in that same aromatic fashion, deepening these notions and anchoring them in ripe plum an cherry fruit, framing them with bold tannins and enlivening them with rapacious, delicious freshness. What an experience. For adults only. Drink by 2040.
