Tasting from 26.09.2025: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger

The aroma is savoury at the beginning and also has waxy notes, it takes a while until the fruit (apple and peach) becomes recognisable. On the palate, the wine is quite round due to the vivid sweetness, the mousse is quite fine and remains restrained in its dynamics, the lively, good acid vein gives tension and length.
