Bright ruby red with a violet tinge. Candied violets on the palate, distinct floral nuances, as well as cherries, peaches, and background notes of cinnamon. Tremendously juicy tannins, displaying a lot of fruit suppleness and structure on the palate, evolving gradually into multiple layers, with reverberations. Excellent ageing potential.
