The intense bouquet reveals aromas of mirabelle plum, mandarin, candied ginger and jasmine, complemented by notes of brioche and slate-spiced minerality. The palate reveals a creamy mousse, distinctive minerality, spiciness and, thanks to the perfectly adjusted dosage, a tart, fruity and animating character. A crémant with character that is also highly recommended as an accompaniment to food.
