Tasting from 31.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant ruby red with a purple shimmer and delicately brightening edges. Lots of sour cherry, some pepper and cloves on the nose. Fresh and straightforward on the palate thanks to the vibrant acidity structure, with velvety tannins and a lingering savoury finish.
