Tasting Notes
Salmon pink in the glass. Herbal and spicy on the nose, with notes of rosemary, thyme, lavender, wild cherry, strawberry, sour cherry, and pomegranate. On the palate, clear and fresh red berry fruit—sun-kissed strawberries, cassis, and raspberries—carried by a delicate sweetness, with refreshing acidity leading to a smooth finish and subtle spice in the aftertaste.
