Tasting Notes
This has a brick red colour, and is, as befits a Pet Nat, slightly cloudy. There are breezy yeasty notes, with bacon, and rosehip. It is comparatively sweet on the palate, with fine bubbles, a mild acidity, beautiful Burgundy fruit, and elderflower and red pepper on the finish.
