Tasting from 16.03.2018: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Ulrich Sauter

Dark ruby, almost opaque core, purple reflections, discreet brightening on the rim. Intense nuances of new wood, roasted aromas, some caramel, sweet dark berryish fruit, juicy cassis, typical Cabernet spice. Tight, closely meshed, black fruit, firm tannins, very textured and harmonious, black cherry fruit in the aftertaste, long lasting and showing ageing potential.
