Dark ruby with a deeply coloured core and purple reflections, brightening at the rim. Fine red and black berry confit, a hint of black cherries, and subtle roasted aromas are underlaid with cinnamon notes. Juicy, with pronounced fruit, ripe, silky tannins, and savoury nuances on the finish. It has an impressively fresh structure, and certain ageing potential.
