Tasting from 15.02.2013

Dark, almost opaque ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Ripe black berry fruit, nuances of blackberries and cassis, underlaid with fine nougat, fine precious wood spice, attractive, typical bouquet. Juicy, fresh wild berry confit, fine acidity, well-integrated tannins, appears balanced and light-footed, salty nuances on the finish, a full-bodied food companion, red berry touch on the finish.
