Clear, orange with copper-colored reflections. Intense aromas of nougat, red fruits, rosehip, raspberry and sour cherry, plus candied orange zest, smoke and smoked bacon. Fine-grained, grippy tannins on the palate, salty texture and fine melting, carried by a fresh acid lift. Good length with a subtle bitter note. Somewhat rustic in style, but clean, harmonious and very drinkable.
