Candied lemon peel, floral notes, also herbal-spicy and yeasty tones. The palate is flanked by a taut Saar acidity with Scharzhofberg extracted richness and balsamic notes, the sweetness gives the wine volume and length, the finish remains compact for a long time and indicates excellent certain ageing potential.
