The white wine »S« Serrig Schloss Saarfels Riesling feinherb VDP Ortswein, vintage 2023 from the winery Stiftungsweingut Vereinigte Hospitien has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
The aroma is still closed at first contact. Then a ripe fruit gradually opens up, also integrating slight overripe notes, along with floral and slightly slate-spicy notes. The palate is full-bodied, with a clear mineral character, a supple base and ample fruit. Should develop very well over two to five years.
