Tasting Notes

91 - 93
Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright, sparkling greenish yellow. Fragrant, expressive nose of fresh grass, lime and lemon juice, dark minerality and a hint of sea salt. Tight on the palate with very crisp acidity, fine spiciness, great tension and a very salty finish. Outstanding ageing potential.
