Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Delicately shimmering straw yellow with a silver touch. Distinctly fragrant nose of passion fruit, lychee and melon, some nettle and elderflower. Juicy on the tongue, open-hearted, full of finesse with gentle drive, youthful, fine salty aftertaste, animating drink.
