The red wine P!geno Pinot Noir Südtirol DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Hotel Ristorante Weingut Stroblhof has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Very bright, radiant robin red. On the nose it shows with a spicy and savoury impression, the oak notes are still slightly noticeable, smoky with sour cherry. On the palate again the sour cherry with some medicinal notes and sage on the finish, the tannin gives long life to the wine.
