The white wine Su'Orma Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Su'entu has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Vermentino from the region Sardegna in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with light gold. Nose shows elegant oak, then coconut and roasted almonds, also a little nougat and very ripe, yellow fruit – pear, peach, pineapple – and a slightly mineral aftertaste. Elegant on the palate with cool fruit. Expansive, its own style with ripe, mineral notes and nuances of candle wax on the finish. Clear and salty.
