Elegant, deep garnet red. Opens with a savoury nose of forest floor and undergrowth, ripe raspberry and cranberry, very vivid and inviting. Polished on the palate, round with a chocolaty note, good use of wood. Slightly drying on the palate and a savoury, taut medium finish.
