Bright yellow-green colour with a firm mousse. Finely characterised nose, with notes of fresh yeast pastries, walnuts and some raspberry: stimulating. Juicy attack and finish with a fine mousse. Stimulating, with vivid acidity and salty notes emphasised on the finish.
