Tasting from 30.06.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red in colour. The nose is fleshy and slightly animalistic before opening to reveal notes of cranberry confit, dark chocolate, fine oak and truffle. The juicy palate has polished tannins and ripe berry fruit, and is well balanced with a nice length, drink now.
