Tasting Notes
Intense, brilliant cherry pink with orange reflections. On the nose initially of burnt, smoky paprika, opening up after a little time to crisp cranberries, raspberries, then a little incense, with a yeasty aftertaste. Juicy on the palate, with stubborn fruit on red bell peppers, albeit balanced and with an animating, salty phenolics, for southern dishes.
