Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red colour, shiny. On the nose, cherry juice, wild berry candy, mint, subtle hints of cold smoke, iron, reminiscent of sealing wax and yeast on the finish. Polished on the palate with profound, balsamic fruit, grippy tannins, balanced and with its own classic style, a fine salty finish with minty tones, accessible.
