Tasting from 08.08.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

A pleasantly restrained, graphite-infused bouquet with notes of tomato, black olives, dried plums and Aronia berries, floral hints of gentian and a touch of buttery biscuit. Full-bodied but surprisingly elegant on the palate, with a playful freshness, fine-grained tannins and an intense savoury elegance on the long finish.
