Tasting from 06.09.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense straw yellow with sparkling reflections. Yellow peach, banana and orange blossom on the nose, with a subtle aftertaste of roasted almond, cocoa butter and flint. Smooth on the palate, with a fine fruit texture and subtle spiciness, soft and balanced, with a fine wood aroma and a certain saltiness on the finish.
