Clear, rich ruby with a fine purple sheen. Opens with fine spicy notes, balsamic components, mint and eucalyptus, then dark berryish fruit, blackberry and mulberry, some white pepper. Lots of fine tannins on the palate that open up in layers, precise and clear, almost endless finish, terrific substance!
