Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Dark shimmering garnet with a rich core. Finely drawn nose of juicy black cherry and cassis, juniper and a little black pepper. Hits the tongue with verve, animating acidity, interwoven tannins, compact core, youthfully wiry in its structure, presses again on the palate on the finish.
